Q: Is the apartment child friendly?
A: Yes, many guests have bought young children for a holiday. You
should be aware that there are stairs to two of the bedrooms.
Q: Is there wheelchair or disabled
access?
A: Yes, there is a lift to the property and once inside the master
bedroom, a bathroom, the balcony and the main living and kitchen are
all on one level.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: We are able to consider pets. Please check with us using the
contact email or phone number first.
Q: How do you price your property?
A: Our objective is to price the apartment about 25% below the
general price for a similar property. The price reflects that we
don't use an agency, but rent directly.
Q: I have an unusual or special request,
can you accomodate me?
A: Yes! Because we are not committed to an agency, we are able to be
very flexible with dates and other requests. Please contact us using

Q: Does the apartment have internet
access?
A: Yes. We have arranged a BT Openzone account for guests to access
Wi-Fi if required.
